Membership

Membership is open to all individuals involved in work with animal cells either directly for the generation of cell lines and products, or indirectly in product regulation or assessment, or supporting services.

Apply for Membership !

When applying for ESACT membership, you should:

1. Send e-mail to an ESACT member (can be a member of the ESACT Executive Committee) with motivation statement and CV asking him/her to support your application for membership;

2. Submit to the ESACT office the motivation statement and the e-mail from the proposing member confirming that he/she supports your application.

Only upon reception of these two documents, the ESACT office will send you the link via e-mail for you to proceed with the subscription.

The next steps in this process are described here (pdf, ~400 kb). It usually takes between 1-3 months to evaluate the applications.

Membership Renewal

The status of your membership can be verified on your member's page, which is also the place where you can renew your membership.

- log on the member's page.
- if you have lost your password enter your email or username at the bottom of that page. It will be emailed to you.
- select a period of subscription and a payment method and click the subscribe button.

Fees and Payments

The official currency of ESACT is in Euro.

Please Note : New members must pay a 5 Year Membership fee (100 Euros) after their application has been accepted.

At the moment, we offer 2 options for the payments:

Credit Card online payment with PayPal
- This system is secure, quick and easy and the transaction is immediate.
- You do not need to be an actual user of PayPal to use the system.

Bank Transfer
- Bank transfer on the ESACT account is possible. The transaction is secure, but slow, as payments need to be manually verified before the record is updated in the members database.

If you have moved, started in a new company or changed your email, please login to the members page to modify your personal record.
